The IP Network Support Technician will focus on IP Speaker network configuration and troubleshooting. In addition to this responsibility, the position will provide technical support to customers as it relates to hardware and software platforms. The IP Network Systems Technician will occasionally travel to jobsites to assist contractors and end users with the final configuration, testing and site acceptance of audio systems. While in the field, the IP Network Support Technician will also provide training to onsite personnel in the use of audio systems.
The Marketing Coordinator will work with all MiTek audio brands in a market/product and promotions capacity and work with the Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Communications and team members to coordinate the marketing activities to assure projects are executed and delivered within established guidelines and to established expectations. Coordinate all commercial, national and regional trade shows and regional distributor shows, as needed. Support Marketing programs, processes, and needs to ensure the success of Marketing and our sales efforts.
Provide technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for partners in person, via telephone or from a remote location. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, preventative maintenance, electronic mail, mobile devices, and operating systems.
